Here is a Hotline cracktro from First Person Pinball with a familiar intro that they have used before. I think it was at least used with Commando.

The screen loaded with a good deal of effects for this cracktro. There is an upper and a lower scroller, running at different speeds, music in the background, with a logo in the center, and a fader effect happening on the logo and the background behind the logo. The title this was connected to, I had never heard of it before, but I guess I should check it out, since I do like pinball.
