While this seems to be a joint release, the main screen is a re-used Hotline screen; it comes from the Screwball demo, I believe.

Anyway, I really like the use of colors for the background image. It looks really good! Not a big fan of the readability of the scroller, but I do like the effect. Music, and a string of balls running around the screen, complete the package that is the cracktro connected to Web of Terror.
