The name is drawn from the fact that the background image is of the Simpson's family of TV animation fame. On top of the image are a good deal of effects happening on screen: a scroller at the bottom is overlayed on another chunk of bouncing text, a KGB logo is at the top dancing, and there is an overlay scrolling upwards in yellow. A nice effort that was released on August 18, 1992, over 28 years ago!
