Atari ST Cracktro [016] Blade Runners from The Eye

I will not have too many stories to write for 'CrackTros' (Demo screens that appeared as introductions to cracked video games) as I did not have very many of these back in the day.  I am mainly recording these now because they are art, and need to be preserved.  I will also attempt to transcribe the scroll text, which will be posted in a companion blog entry linked above.

Having done a few Blade Runner intros, I decided to capture some more, so here is the one that came with The Eye!

At this time, this cracktro does not seem to have an entry on demozoo.org and does not currently appear to be included in the Fujiology collection.

This video was captured on April 8, 2018.

The demo was played on an Atari 1040 STf, TOS 1.4, 1MB, equipped with a CosmosEX from Jookie.
A Best Electronics ST Monitor to VGA cable was used, connected to an OSSC 1.6 (processing the video in Line4x mode), with the output being captured by a Startech USB3HDCAP.

Hi there!   THE BLADE RUNNERS are proud to present THE EYE!   THE EYE was cracked on 22-02-88 by Mr. Atari and this Intro was made by The Gigabyte Crew.   The other members of THE BLADE RUNNERS are the 42-Crew, Hcc, Harrie from Hotline, MMC, Sirius and TNT!   What do you think about GUNSHIP ?  We really like this game, but the graphics are not so good as we hope...   OK...Now let's start with the greetings ....    A big HI or HELLO to:B.O.S.S (How are you ?)   TEX(Don't you crack any new stuff ?)   A-HA   KRS(Thank you for your good information about WMS(He's a big motherfucker !))   S.T.C.S   AOD   D/A(Hi Robin,when do you come over to me, because we must talk a little bit...)   WAS NOT WAS   and of course to you !   Look out for other new cracks by THE BLADE RUNNERS, especially for KAISER,   GUNSHIP,   ROCKFORD,   SHADOWGATE   and our Spectrum Slideshow(It will be superb !!!)...    Press Space !  (WRAP)
