Vigilante FM - Sega Master System [010] PlayThru

Title Screen
NOTE: A trainer was used for making this capture.

Ah, Vigilante, a classic single player beat 'em up.  I had never seen this game in the arcade; I had only seen it as a demo on the Sega Master system.  Now, I have never played this game with FM sound previously. I had only played with the PSG sound, and my play with that audio is well over a decade ago!

Gameplay
I will reserve judgement for which audio version sounds better once I post the PSG version, but comparing this version to the Atari ST version, there is no contest, the Master System version is better programmed without a doubt.  Just having BGM and effects would be enough to top the ST effort!

Gameplay
I definitely recommend this title, and it usually is not too expensive in the wild.
